Gathering employee’s time worked is time consuming and difficult for field supervisors and often consists of a number of different methods. Communicating information back to the office is done via email, spreadsheets, or even phone calls
- From the field, supervisors select an employee from the labour screen and enter the hours worked
- Only employees assigned to a job are visible, so you don’t have to weed through all employees
- If you need to edit a timecard, create a new time card, or assign a work type, you can do that all from the same screen on the app
- The application is well designed letting you find or enter the information you want with a few taps on the touchscreen
Equipment time is recorded in the field, then manually entered at a later date
Entering equipment time from the field is super simple and quick. Just find the equipment from a drop down list, enter the number of hours and select the phase code
